Q: Why do I keep getting redirected to the login page?
A: This indicates that cookies aren't turned on, please turn on cookies in your browser.
Q: Why am I only seeing an option to create a Seat Alert?
A: Free and Basic accounts can only create and manage Seat Alerts from the Mobile version of ExpertFlyer. Full Mobile functionality is a feature of our Premium subscription.
